Delete Your Account

You can delete your Good Samaritan account at any time, right in the app:

1. Open My Hub.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and type DELETE. If your account has a password, enter it too. (Signed up with Apple or Google? There's no password to enter, and we also revoke our access to your Apple ID.)

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, photo, email, phone, bio, skills and any safety disclosure.
• Your requests, prayers, stories, board posts, comments and photos.
• Your notifications, device tokens and sign-in sessions.
• Messages you sent are replaced with "(message removed)" so the other person's side of the conversation still makes sense.

What we keep

A minimal record that the account existed and when it was deleted, and - only if your account was suspended for breaking the rules - the information needed to stop the same person rejoining.

Can't get into the app? Email privacy@goodsamaritanapp.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
